Haix Connexis shoes are the world's first shoes with fascia stimulation, this reduces foot fatigue and possibility of plantar fasciitis. Fascia is basically a packaging tissue that sits beneath the skin. It is a fascinating network of connective tissue which essentially ties everything together. Fasciae give our body a shape and act as a binding mechanism. Without fascia, our muscles would not be able to tense. They would resemble a semi-liquid jelly.

The Haix Connexis fascia stimulation works by a tape running through the shoe, enveloping the tarsus. When you put the tape on, it puts pressure on the fascia in the bottom of your foot. The trigger points in the insole provide additional impulses. Basically, this is similar to training with a fascia roller: Tight fasciae are loosened and the musculature is stimulated.
