HOW DO I RETURN?

Enter your order number and email address at the next page then follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for a REFUND or EXCHANGE

*If you are requesting an exchange then please make sure you write in the item you want in the note

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

**PLEASE NOTE We will charge you £5.25 for the cost of the return once we have received the item back.

If you requested an exchange then you will be required to pay this before we can dispatch your goods or if you requested a refund then the cost of this will be deducted from your refund total.

Please ensure you include your details with your order number inside your return to ensure we can locate you on our system.

Items should be returned with their original undamaged packaging and tags must not be removed.

what items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, for exchange or refund.

They must be in the original re-sellable condition that they came in and if you received your item faulty then please contact us at info@patrolstore.com before going through our returns process.

Items must be returned as they were delivered - in a clean, re-sellable condition with tags still attached and no signs of use.

All items must be tried on indoors, if an item is worn outside then the returns procedure will be invalidated and rejected.

Blister Packs once opened, cannot be returned. Items with damaged packaging or tags removed will be only accepted if they are faulty.

All items must be in their original packaging and if boot boxes are damaged then this will entail a £10 re-boxing fee that is non-negotiable

For Warranty Claims please contact our customer services prior to following this returns procedure and we will happily help with your claim

* For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earpieces or underwear. 

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for warranty returns and if you do have an item that is faulty then please contact our customer services before completing this returns process

If you wish to use a pre-paid label from ourselves then these are charged as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 @ £5.25

Collect Plus @ £5.25

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or covered under warranty

You can choose to use your own return postage carrier but this will be at your own cost and liability and Patrolstore will have no obligation to process your return if the items have been lost or stolen

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, one of our team will process your request within 10 working days of delivery in-store

Once we have dealt with your request, you will be notified that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days with the cost of the postage and return fee removed from the refund total

If you requested an exchange then you will be sent an invoice to pay for the cost of the return and any price differences of the items being exchanged.
