I'm am upper limb amputee and have struggled with boot selection, being limited boots with either factory fitted or lace in zips. Unfortunately quality makes like Altberg, Lowa etc, havent branched into zip up boots (at least none i could find) Then along came Haix Black Eagle, a great pair of boots, that I have in black and brown, which has a handy mid lacing system. It's a system that can be used one handed and negates the usual two handed tying of laces. Basically the individual lace ends pass through a spring loaded gizmo, that holds the lace tight all day. In my current job some occasions call for a full leather boot, now I've been using these on a pair of Altbergs. I had to swop the Altberg laces to a thinner pair, (supplied in the set), works a treat. They are quick to lace and unlace, I highly recommend them to both the able and disabled communities. I can't fault Patrol Store, coms, dispatch and delivery where 10 out of 10.

The are comfortable tough and can be made to look acceptable. They will never bull up like other shoes out there but are fabulous every day funtunal uniform shoes .

I bought these for my son he started air softing on sunday he is 6 for 3 and size 14 shoe we actually got a size 13 and hope for the best well they fit perfect he is pleased with the over all quality and fit of theses boots and would highly recomend
The boots were way better than expected! No need to wear them in as immediately they feel as those your just wearing a comfy pair of trainers, and practically having the ankle and foot support within the boot makes you feel really secure!
The only issue I had was the first shift in torrential rain and having slightly wet feet by the end, but this was easily sorted by just a quick waterproof spray over the top of the foot by the laces. However, the wet foot was from going almost knee deep in water so definatly not a fault with the boot!
Considering they aren't leather either, they are super easy to clean!
Will definatly be buying these again!

Buying new boots is always a tough thing to do, as the size and look is very important. These boots fit amazingly(size 12). They also look smart and I have had many comments on them. The price is also good for a pair of hopefully hard wearing and long lasting boot
I've been looking for a good pair of practical boots to wear, especially in the biblical-style downpour in the UK right now. These boots didn't disappoint. Had to exchange them for a bigger size, but then again my feet are odd sizes, but I got the right size for me and they're comfy, sturdy and more importantly they're waterproof!!
Fantastic boots. I work security so decent footwear is a godsend. Bought a 2nd hand pair as a test and without any cleaning or maintenance they lasted 4 years in all types of weather before starting to crack. Decided to treat myself to a brand new pair so I'm expecting these bad bois to last a decade or more at least with proper care.
Comfortable waterproof lightweight. And they look like proper patrol boots brilliant. Walked in the rain and stayed dry and lots of cushioning
