We bought this product as our female German Shepherd when in her first season thought she could take on our female Alaskan Malamute. This was in unfair fight and the only way we could snap her out of it was the shock of this spray. It worked quickly and harmlessly but saved a large vets bill or A&E trip for us stepping into a girl fight. Their reaction was quick and long lasting and not harmful. Although both me and my wife being Asthma suffers did involve a cold spell in winter with all the windows open. It also leaves the recipient of the spread with a lively menthol smell. I highly recommend if your in a similar situation or if you take your dogs in area with owners who aren’t as responsible as you are. I recommend this product to a friend who goes to a public area as her dog was attacked whilst being on a lead and the owner wasn’t interested in breaking them up unless their dog was starting to lose!
