This bag is an amazing size, 3 different pockets and I.D holder or address holder if bag lost, love this bag,
This is where the but, part come's in, the adjustable shoulder straps, amazing, but as soon as you put the bag on the shoulder straps twist and once you untwisted them the shoulder straps have slipped up, making it loose, so you then have to pull them down again to the right fit, the other thing is the waist strap, excessively big, which is good for me as I'm a 52 Inc waist, but when I don't want that bit around me there is no where to tuck it away, so you don't have this massive long strap hanging down your back, overall, it's a really good bag, the only part that let it down is all the straps on the bag (e.g. shoulder, waist and chest straps, well worth the money, I would buy another one as and when this one after years of abuse from my work / home life ware and tare, make it need replacing one day, years from now

The abckpack itself is comfy and easy to use the zippers are not the best there is a gap between the two when there zipped up
